This thing has terrible sound quality, a weird remote setup and will randomly turn itself on in the middle of the night. Worst purchase I have made.

Didnt last 5 months. white lines and just stopped working. Never experienced that with VISIO before.

Setup is easy just time consuming, and the TV says that setup is required and it has already been done. You have to restart the TV to fix it.

bought this last year on black Friday and it is now May 31st and dead.

Don’t believe rumors about needing subscriptions to use, it’s optional but not needed. Best $128 me or anyone else could ever buy.

I bought 2 of these and they are junk. I haven't returned them yet, I have been waiting for them to get back in stock.

Loved the convenience of ordering on line and picking up at the store. The guy that loaded my TVs were very friendly
