[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vizio is a great brand and I got this at a really nice price. This package has not been opened yet because it is a Christmas present for my mother so it's hard to rate the quality but I've never been let down with a Vizio brand TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because the product still has not got to me, and the chat agent was not helpful I actually needed to talk with a live agent, because the tracking was not tracking anything because I couldn't see anything, too many bugs and I still don't know if it will arrive tomorrow, and that is when the sale end, so I am totally disappointed.

Didnt last 5 months. white lines and just stopped working. Never experienced that with VISIO before.

If you need a cheap tv, this will work but the picture quality %26 sound isn't great. You get exactly what you pay for.

This thing has terrible sound quality, a weird remote setup and will randomly turn itself on in the middle of the night. Worst purchase I have made.

Color on this TV is very nice, however the sounds very low and I find myself needing to turn it up to 70 to be able to hear most shows and 100 for sports events. Kind of upsetting

it’s a perfect tv for the bedroom to watch movies and tv shows, and has good quality if you want to play video games on it aswell. It gives off PC type of quality it’s very smooth.
