[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some reviews of this Dash product had me nervous, but after using it the first time, I'd say this is a decent vacuum sealer. It was fairly straightforward to set up and use, but I did have to run the seal cycle twice to get it to fully seal. Not a deal breaker, but not perfect either. I love the color - so aesthetic in my kitchen!

It’s compact so you can easily store it in your drawer. The vaccum sealer is great for sealing in your meats, your food will last longer.

I’ve used it to marinate carne Asada’s and to repackage meat. It really is simple use and works very well. The price point is really good as well. Can’t wait to figure out what do do next with this great sealer!

I picked this up at my local TJ Maxx, I saw it on clearance and just had to have it! I used it for the first time tonight to seal up some salmon and it was very easy to use!

I’m uncertain about 2 things: do you keep tape/seal strip on sealer and why the light didn’t go out as in instructions to signify process was completed.?? Other than that, the two bags appeared sealed and I was satisfied.

The thing is a Joke. I just threw it into the garbage. May write to the Better Business Bureau so no one else gets this. It does not work!
