Amazing tv

This product has great features

Great Value

Processing is a little slower than I would like but not terrible. Picture quality is great but most tvs made in the last decade have a great picture.

Great picture

Overall my tv is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv to stream movies and for video gaming. I love the picture quality. Everything is so bright and clear. The sound quality is not so great. I find myself having to increase the volume atleast to 25 to able to hear somewhat clear. Even then it's difficult to hear. The remote is simple and I like not to many buttons and is easy-to-use.

If the volume on your TV is not loud enough, please try adjusting the below Settings: 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. I hope these tips help you enjoy your new product. Pretty good. Hard to order subsciptions directly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My television has a problem with streaming. It hangs up so I can't watch anything for 30 sec to 5 min. This happens multiple times during the day. It is very frustrating. The picture is awesome when I can watch it. Its really hard for me to change settings or change language.

To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV.
