Picture is perfect but sound has to be turned up to 75% to get normal volume. I have done the reset to factory setting and every adjustment to no success. I Google this problem and find many people having same problem. My Samsung 50” 4K doesn't have this issue . I don't want to return but may have to. Help!!! Issue is there on cable hdmi and streaming.

We first purchased an LG model (wife wanted it) we were unable to connect to our Samsung Sound bar. Returned that TV and got this Samsung, what a difference! Easy to connect and navigate, user friendly! The picture blows away the LG`s! Just a much, much better TV! And the price was unbelievable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mt tv is used from streaming and gaming by my daughter. I explored it upon set up and it looked good and was very responsive. The remote is very easy to understand as well. It has great picture quality and accessibility.
