I can download apps to my streaming services. When I had an audio issue, I contacted Samsung support. I was helped with understanding and empathy. I am happy with this TV and service.

It also remembers my favorite and most watched channels. Picture quality is awesome and the volume is excellent, do not need to add additional speakers

Also, I can use Alexa to control it as well. Samsung TV has tons of channels the can be watched and I can easily install apps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on the TV is vivid and clear. The sound has a very large range and is clear regardless of where you sit in the room. I wish this model had voice control and additional apps however, it does offer all the main apps.

I bought this TV two weeks ago on December 27th and I have downloaded the Netflix and ESPN app and they do not work. I also have been having a bunch of issues trying to get any of the downloaded apps to work. I have updated everything and deleted everything and reinstalled all of the above and this TV still is terrible.

Processing is a little slower than I would like but not terrible. Picture quality is great but most tvs made in the last decade have a great picture.
