I bought this TV two weeks ago on December 27th and I have downloaded the Netflix and ESPN app and they do not work. I also have been having a bunch of issues trying to get any of the downloaded apps to work. I have updated everything and deleted everything and reinstalled all of the above and this TV still is terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never educated myself about the differences in smart tvs, but this time the samsung hub option got my attention so I immediately went and bought one. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS TV! Setup was so easy with smart things to link all my samsung devices in my home ..even the older ones. The game hub is by far my favorite thing about this TV. I have built in web cam, access to all the apps I could want, everything is connected with no issues, and the picture quality is outstanding! I actually got another one for our living room.

I have surround but don't always need it. Tv sound is very good. Would recommend Samsung for any tv purchase great products

When i get off from running my company, i like to connect my phone to the tv to read emails on the big screen. I also use it for gaming and i do multile things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this unit so much I bought two. The first unit was purchased from a family member who would primarily use it to view cable TV. The second set was purchased for another family friend who would use it to watch cable and stream. Overall, the units have a great picture and plenty of features to support streaming services. It was super easy to setup and install out of the box. The sound does fall flat though so much so that soundbars had to be purchased to have decent sound. Unfortunately, this was almost anticipated as many new sets in the same price class have the same issue. Two other minor issues that stick out to me. The remote is overly simplified; so much so that it's not intuitive to use and easily gets the user lost in the screens. There are only three HDMI ports as well. Given that the volume is an issue and required a soundbar that would use HDMI ARC, this restricts the user to two viable ports.

This is my first “smart. TV” The picture is excellent very clear. The sound is good, took a bit of finagling to pair it with my sound bar (not a Samsung) but now it's recognized when the set comes on. Alexa still struggles with commands. There's no Alexa app?! I recently canceled my tv service provider due to increasing prices. I was pleased to find the majority of the programs I watch had an app so I can still enjoy most of the shows…. but no TCM!! Can you work on that? The only disappointment was that the remote doesn't have voice control I was really surprised by that. I would recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was time to upgrade our TV and we went with a Samsung Crystal UHD TV it was the best decision we made to go with this brand of TV. Our family is very big into movies and TV shows so it was important to have great picture quality and that's exactly what we got since it has an ultrafast processor that turns the picture into 4K. The picture is so crisp and vivid with the HDR that it's incredible. My husband also plays all his games on this tv and it runs so smoothly for him. This is the first time he has never complained about a tv not being able to keep up with his gaming, he loves it. Another cool feature is that am I able to control the TV straight from my phone with an app. I can set the tv to turn on at 8am when the kid gets up for cartoons and I don't have to worry about getting it going, I can go straight to getting breakfast made. This TV has made our lives easier and brought us together as a family. I cannot believe it. It is the best purchase we made as a family.
