Great Picture and easy setup.

We bought this TV a couple weeks ago, and it's been great.. The setup was way and the app walked you through it with automatic registration for the warranty. The picture is great, and the auto dimming feature is fantastic. The sound out of the speakers is OK, but we have it run through surround most of the time, which was an easy hookup with an optical cable.

This product has an absolutely amazing picture

This product works very well and looks nice.

This is a solid television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the quality and the price this is a great tv. I bought this tv about 3 months ago to replace my previous samsung tv that was a 2019 model. I like that i can use smart thing app to control my tv from my galaxy a15. Overall this is a great tv and i recommend it if you are interested to buy this tv.

Useless after 9 months

This TV is really poor quality, after the first 4 months the speakers stopped working properly and after 9 months the screen is just black turning on and off. I had cheaper brands such as VIZIO lasting for years and this Samsung TV stops working after 9 months

Great television for a low price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This television was great quality and value for the price. Blacks are not well covered and yellow tints from the hd in spots can be distrating. Its a great basement tv. Upgrade to OLED for family room.

Very Good Quality for The Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this unit so much I bought two. The first unit was purchased from a family member who would primarily use it to view cable TV. The second set was purchased for another family friend who would use it to watch cable and stream. Overall, the units have a great picture and plenty of features to support streaming services. It was super easy to setup and install out of the box. The sound does fall flat though so much so that soundbars had to be purchased to have decent sound. Unfortunately, this was almost anticipated as many new sets in the same price class have the same issue. Two other minor issues that stick out to me. The remote is overly simplified; so much so that it's not intuitive to use and easily gets the user lost in the screens. There are only three HDMI ports as well. Given that the volume is an issue and required a soundbar that would use HDMI ARC, this restricts the user to two viable ports.

Great but Wifi issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great picture and game response time but have some issues with wifi connectivity and the smart hub. Overall apart from minor troubleshooting the TV has been exactly what I've needed to replace my very old 720p TV.

Use 5Ghz Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router, so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router 4. Try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. You can enable automatic updates for convenience. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope these tips help resolve your concerns. Picture quality

It looks great in my living room, the size I have been missing - bigger is always best! The features on the tv is also great too as well! The well thought menu in settings are easy to follow and allows you to customize further than my other brands. Fan of Samsung, but now I am an investor in them!
