The condition the orders come to you are horrible. I ordered these and Oxi. The Oxi was broken open and spilled on the cascade package. What a mess. I paid the extra money to have orders sent to my house and half of the time they are smashed or broken open. Not very happy .

I have used Cascade in the past and it didn't clea well, so I started using Finish brand. I ran out of Finish and my future daughter-in-law let me have her Cascade Platinum. The water in my home is very hard, so I had my doubts. They worked even better than Finish!

I was using these and switched to a cheaper store-brand version…and all the sudden, my dishes were not clean. I returned those back to Sam’s and started using these again and my dishes are clean again. To be honest, I just thought I had a good dishwasher but maybe these were the secret all along.

Not much to really say in this review other than this product works. Is it perfect? No but it consistently outperforms any other dishwasher detergent in my experience. It is somewhat more expensive than competing products but is my preference over other dishwasher detergents including Cascade's other products.

Love the product, but the delivery person does not follow clear instructions, we were out of town so I left a sign, on neon card stock to leave package at front door, not in the weather. But they did not listen, it was in the rain when we got back home. Pitiful delivery! This has happened multiple times so far.

I didn’t want to believe that dishwasher detergent could vary so much from brand to brand. For years, I’ve used Finish and would always have to rewash my dishes. My dishwasher wasn’t performing its best. Then I switched to Cascade Platinum, which happens to be the brand recommended by my dishwasher. No filmy residue, no left-on food. The best part? My dishwasher is properly draining and leaving the dishes spotless! I know the cost difference may be a factor, but it’s worth it.

I have tried many other brands and have found that Cascade Platinum Plus ActionPacs Dishwasher Detergent is by far the best at cleaning my dishes. I don't believe it is the brand of dishwasher because I have used these in my Whirlpool, GE, Maytag and now in my Bosch dishwasher.

Rarely do you find a product that lives up to what it advertises, but I don’t prewash anything and my dishes are clean. I don’t have an old dishwasher but it’s middle of the road. Only thing I do notice is make sure your rinsing agent is full. They even mention that on the box. Worth the extra few bucks imo.

They are okay, I don't love them - but they do an okay enough job. Would love to see other options carried at Sam's Club. Will still get some stuff out of the dishwasher that I have to go back and scrub but probably stuff I should have "washed" before putting in the dishwasher. Would love to see cleaner options!

There is no other dishwasher pods or soap that work as well as this product. We have tried multiple products and this is by far the best. All others leave food and grime on some of the dishes or silverware. The deals here at Sams make this an excellent buy!
