We seriously thought our dishwasher wasn't working. We cleaned out everything inside of the dishwasher that could contribute to such a problem, but it still seemed that the dishes were not getting as clean as we thought they should be and continued to have a milky film on them. We were already using a rinse aid so we were confident that wasn't the issue. We had tried other dishwasher soaps but until we used cascade, we didn't realize the dish soap was the problem! The soap was what was leaving the milky film on the dishes. We have been very happy with a clean shine since using Cascade.

Love the product, but the delivery person does not follow clear instructions, we were out of town so I left a sign, on neon card stock to leave package at front door, not in the weather. But they did not listen, it was in the rain when we got back home. Pitiful delivery! This has happened multiple times so far.

Marketing gimmick! The company has added a “plus” to the name and reduced the number of pods in the box. Used to get the Platinum with 92 pods. I can’t seem to find that anymore. Same price for plus as the previous with less pods. While I like Cascade, I think I’ll try another brand now.

I have tried many other brands and have found that Cascade Platinum Plus ActionPacs Dishwasher Detergent is by far the best at cleaning my dishes. I don't believe it is the brand of dishwasher because I have used these in my Whirlpool, GE, Maytag and now in my Bosch dishwasher.

I've tried multiple brands of dishwasher pods, including Members Mark. These Platinum Plus pods are the only ones I've found to thoroughly clean really stuck on food without significantly prewashing the item. There are some products that just require name brand.

Rarely do you find a product that lives up to what it advertises, but I don’t prewash anything and my dishes are clean. I don’t have an old dishwasher but it’s middle of the road. Only thing I do notice is make sure your rinsing agent is full. They even mention that on the box. Worth the extra few bucks imo.

I bought them for future use...they were at a reduced price. The last batch had 25 pods per pkg, i think 4 pkgs = 100 pods. Prior to that i bought a tub with 92 pods (not ultra). How do you compare the different products? To Sam's survey people: do you expect me to review every product i purchase? I bought 17 separate products today. Sorry, im retired. I don't have time to review all. LOL

My husband saw a video that said using a smaller amount of the powder detergent was actually better. IT WAS NOT! We tried the powder for a few weeks and everything was cloudy, and not clean. Once we switched back to the Cascade pods everything was clean and clear again!

This is the only brand i but now. I used to use store brand or the outgrew big brand thinking it was the same but this is by far superior. It cleans everything and the times it doesn't is due to someone loading the dishwasher incorrectly. Works great and I won't buy anything else.

This is the one for the worst dishes... the dried on stuff dishes, the sticky syrup dishes, the bowls with leftover batter clinging to the sides... you get the idea. Great stuff for those jobs. That said if you are a prewasher put them in the machine already mostly clean... this ain't the stuff for you. Get the cheap stuff, fact is running the machine on just the hottest water setting but no soap will probably be fine
