[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always been a die hard Finish dishwasher pod user, so I was excited to try Cascade Platinum Plus ActionPacs. My kids aren’t the best at rinsing the dishes before loading them in the dishwasher, so I was a bit apprehensive, but these pods worked like a dream. It cut all the grease and leftover food which was surprising to me. They smell great and the pod dissolves completely. Finish pods sometimes don’t dissolve and there is a sticky, gooey mess in the soap cup. I emphatically recommend these and have purchased these in place of my old Finish pods!

1st off the cascade dishwasher pods are GREAT. Just bought “On Sale” for $17.98 (44.2oz, 81pods, $0.222/pod). My previous purchase was $19.98 (51.2oz, 92pods, $0.217/pod). So SamsClub: your reduction in price is a simple case of LESS FOR MORE, NOT A DEDUCED PRICE. It’s 6oz less produce for a 2% increase in cost. The biggest saving is the shipping cost to the store! I understand everything is more but, SamsClub could have simply increase the price $0.40 instead of deceiving people with a FAKE price decrease. The formula applies to many products and “sales” as well.

Product gets everything super clean, but the scent sticks to your dishes. Everything smells and tastes like whatever the scent is. Itried have rinsing everything after, the taste/ smell doesn't go away. Would be really great if this was available in unscented

The item was never delivered!! Sam’s Club is using some outside sources for delivery now and it’s the worst!! I ordered coffee K cups last week and when the box of K cups was delivered it was never put in another box with a delivery sticker on it with my name and address on it. They just delivered the box K cups. Thank God the girl at the front desk remembered that I had ordered the K cups previously so that’s why I received them. If it would have been given to another person I would have never received them. Sam’s Club needs to go back to Fed Ex for deliveries instead of trusting some other idiots.

I'd leave no stars if that was an option. The product routinely doesnt dissolve in the dishwasher. I have used it both on the 1 hour setting and the 3 hour setting and it still only barely dissolved. Not worth the extra money! Sticking with the liquid that's way cheaper and way more effective.

Imparts a bitter chemical taste into plastics. Straining spaghetti and microwaving food causes a faint cascade pod odor and highly noticeable bitter taste to transfer from plastic to food. Pasta smells like cheap perfume and tastes bitter. Reheated chicken breasts smell like perfume and the aftertaste if you dare eat it tastes bitter. Our spahetti strainer made of plastic and many plastic items (spoons, spatulas, bowls and lids) had the same bitter smell and taste imparted to food items even after rinsing. We had to throw them out. We had the same problem with Dawn detergents.. Might be the dawn in the pods wouldn't you think?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade Platinum ActionPacs are so convenient and easy to use, without all the mess, just toss in the dishwasher dispenser and let it work its magic, even the toughest of stuck on messes, wash clean and clear. My plates and glasses have never looked so shiny.

I have been using this pods since we purchased the dishwasher from new. I will tell you this... Theres many times I have to rerun the dishwasher mind you we dont even overload ours... Their claim that keeps the filter clean is also not real for us. We still have to clean our filter every 2 days or so. We run our dishwasher 1 per day at a minimum because we dont over run it with things. I will be trying another company soon too compare and have a different visualization as to wich works better. Specially when your paying such a high price for the product.

I've been using the Cascade Platinum Plus pods for a while and they truly deliver a deep, consistent clean. Even dishes with dried-on food or greasy pans come out spotless without pre-rinsing, which saves so much time. The pod dissolves completely, doesn't leave residue on glassware, and keeps the dishwasher smelling fresh. I really like the convenience of just dropping one pod in and knowing the load will come out perfectly clean. These have noticeably better cleaning power compared to regular detergents I've tried.

I love these dishwasher pods! They are the real deal and really get down and clean the tough food residue even without pre soaking. They also help to dry your dishes which saves you an even extra step. Great smell, and no powdery residue on my dishes. Love the packaging that has a seal lid to keep the pods fresh.
