[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are great! So far I have used while walking, showering, shopping, and exercising. These fit comfortably in the ear and sound is amazing. Also when in noisy environments the call quality is great. These worked perfect while I was in the shower to test out water and no problems. Easy to connect and can use one or both buds at the same time. The fact that you don't have to remove the buds to hold a conversation I also a big plus. The controls are easy to get used to. The JBL headphone app is also easy to use. Works great with google. The battery life is another great feature. So far it has lasted around 30hrs without recharge. The sound quality with the bass and treble are great. Overall this is another great product from JBL. I would recommend the REFLECTAERO to anyone.

I was on Facebook and saw a deal you had on these headphones. It was a major discount and couldn't pass it up. I ordered them. They came really quickly. They were super easy to set up and I was able to use the Jbl app and connected them with ease. The sound quality is amazing, I really love bass. I own othe JBL products and have always had a amazing sound quality. They only thing I found that stopped me from giving them a 5 star is that they do seem to hurt my ears after about a few hours of use. Tried the different ear pieces, I found the correct fit but still the do make my ears sore. Other then that the batter life is strong. I think for the price probably the best pair of ear buds I have gotten at such a deal.

I received these earbuds as a b'day gift in December and one of my earbuds is already dysfunctional. It will not come on whatsoever! I tried factory resetting (failed), I allowed the battery to deplete and recharge (still didn't work) and I tried to see if my case was “dirty”….it's not because I literally just got them. It's frustrating for my earbuds not to work after a month of use.

Work great, a little bit bigger than my ears so they popped out if I move my head too much.

Could not purchase in store but ordered online and received the buds quickly! Very happy with the product.

Good sound, it is weird the way hear your voice, and will disconnect as soon as it goes under water.

Its amazing in sound and bass. Also it goes with an app to customize how you want to to sound. Truly amazing product

i thought because they were JBL that they would be loud and have bass but it wasnt really there and they kept shorting out too

Love it!! Fits my ear perfectly. No worries about falling out of my ear. As to sound….ok with me. I'm not a sound perfectionist.
