i thought because they were JBL that they would be loud and have bass but it wasnt really there and they kept shorting out too

Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Reflect Aero, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. I bought to try out to use in my lawncare business. The unfortunate thing with some is they claim noise cancellation, but you have to turn up the volume so loud you are damaging your hearing. They also seem to stay in are very comfortable.

Keeps falling off

Is my third pair from jbl… the first 2 I lost because they keep falling out from my ear, this one already fell off once🙁 my sister bought me another brand and they stay on eventhoug I'm running

Thank you for your feedback. Our JBL Reflect Aero TWS comes with 3 sizes of sealing eartips and 3 sizes of Powerfins enhancers. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. So I've had these about a month now, and they have performed well. The noise cancelling is pretty good. I've still got some test to put them through but I'm happy so far

Great sound

I bought these because I received a great price. I was pleasantly surprised by the great sound. Much better than my Apple earbuds, and they stay in my ears at the gym much better.

Not a well built ear piece

The ear buds didn't fit.kept falling off . Sounds wasn't too bad but it would have helped if they fit due to being away I didn't have a chance to return them

It is best to try this with all of the provided eartip sizes and powerfins enhancer, until you find the one that accomplishes this most easily. Additionally, you can try the "Check My Best Fit" banner in JBL Headphones App to walk you through getting the best fit and will let you know when you've accomplished it. bad microphone and bad fit but decent audio.

many reviews are right, it doesn't stay in your ear properly so definitely not for gym. I am happy that i got it very affordable. It already fell off my ears few times.

many issues for me

hi, right side is constantly making a loud noise when i touch and adjust it. sound level is low even after trying to re-fit to ear. the noise is really bad and I can't get rid of it

Very good noise canceling

I bought these a month ago and overall I'm happy with them. The noise canceling works very well and they sound great. I wish you could adjust the volume on them as it's annoying to do on my Apple Watch

Really disappointed

Need to return these - the moment water hit them they started to sound like a fax machine. High pitched noise, shut on and off. I was not submerged under water - they just aren't extreme water proof at all. Really disappointed.
