Another great pair

Bought them about 3 weeks ago and the bass/treble are great. Answering calls are great as well. As for comfort , no complaints. When outside and windy it's not recommended to wear them.

Need App for optimal performance

Good quality build and sound, but must use App to properly seat into ear for maximum performance. Price on sale is worth the purchase. Stays in place while working out and tap button response is excellent. ANC is not as effective as anticipated.

Head phones for swimming NOT

They only connect to music via Bluetooth and swimming in water won't allow Bluetooth signal But out of water they are fantastic sounding just not for swimming

Uncomfortable and constantly fall out.

Sound and noise quality is amazing. However, they are the most UNCOMFORTABLE headphones I've ever worn. My ears start hurting so bad after 10 minutes of wearing them. Also, they stick out a lot farther from my ears than I would like and if you start to sweat, good luck keeping them in you ears. If it wasn't such a pain to return them, I would have.

Good sound quality, poor fit, worse durability

Received these as a gift with intent to replace my now nearly 8 year old Plantronics headset to use while running. While the sound quality is great I could not get them to stay in my ears for more than a couple hundred yards no matter what combination of buds/wings used. Ended up using them for casual listening since the sound quality was so good. However, now, a year and a half later, the buds and case don't hold a charge for more than a day or so and most recently the left but has stopped charging altogether. So now I'm left with one functioning earbud that dies after one or two days even with no use. Unfortunately it's the right bud, which is useless to me because I'm deaf in my right ear.

Great! If it worked for longer than half a year

For all the great features of these headphones (noice cancellation, ambient awareness, calling, volume control), they don't know how to make it actually last. Threes times I had to contact them cause one of both headphones stopped charging. When they were first gifted to me they were great! But within 5 months a headphone wouldn't charge no matter what I did to trouble shoot. Let them know and got sent a replacement. Great! Maybe it was just a faulty one. Nope. 6 months after receiving the replacement they stopped working as well. Contacted them again and they sent new replacements (I was still in warranty at this point) welp, once again, 5 months later the new replacements stopped charging for both headphones. But this time when contacting them, their only solution, since I was now out of warranty, was to say sorry and offer an insulting little 35% off coupon for their site. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to spend that much money on a product just to have it stop working after 5 months. I get longer usage out of those headphones from those dollar stores or from a popular box store. I don't know about their other products, but if this is how they handle this faulty product I personally wouldn't take the chance on any of their other products.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is not the kind of experience that we want you to have with our products and services. Your JBL Reflect Aero TWS comes with a limited one-year warranty that begins on the original date of purchase.

Awful. Save your money.

The battery doesn't hold a charge even if you don't use them. They fit weirdly, too. These are some of the worst earbuds I've ever bought. I've purchased JBL for years, but these are terrible and make me rethink buying other JBL products in the future.

Thanks for your feedback. It is possible that the battery of your JBL Reflect Aero TWS is losing its capacity. Volume and usage can affect the battery's life. In addition, please know that the battery wears out over time. Try to charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to-playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published spec, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. For further assistance, please contact us.

Awful product

I have really tried to like these earbuds but they are awful. Besides being uncomfortably large and therefore difficult to keep from falling out, they don't charge well. At first, I noticed they seemed to charge at inconsistent rates. Like the right would charge all the eay up and the left only partly. Then I noticed that the left one had to be carefully lined up just so and not jostled in order for it to charge. Now it won't charge at all. Terribly designed.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Reflect Aero TWS comes with 3 sizes of sealing eartips and enhancers. To achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. These issues can be resolved by cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case. Great Sound, but Battery and Charging Issues

I've been using the JBL Reflect Aero more than a year, and the battery life has never lasted beyond four hours, despite the advertised. I purchased the JBL Reflect Aero mainly for running marathons. Since my marathon time is around 4 hours, I was disappointed to find that the battery died just before I finished. This has left me with a somewhat negative impression of these earbuds. Additionally, there is a significant issue with how they need to be placed in the charging case. Even when they appear to be correctly inserted, they often fail to charge. When they do charge, the indicator light is not clear. Sometimes it seems to show the charging level, but other times it just blinks, making it confusing to know if they're actually charging. If it weren't for these issues, they could have been the best earbuds. The sound quality is fantastic, they fit perfectly in the ears without falling out, and they truly are waterproof, which is extremely useful during various sports where they might get wet or when you're sweating heavily.

Do not buy

I've had two of these. One to replace the other. They claim to be waterproof up to 2 meters, they will survive falling in the water but I would by no means say they function in water or will function the same after having done so. Both after a few months have lost sound in one ear and have decreased audio quality in both. I have to adjust the balance and turn the volume to peak to get even a base level of use out of them. This causes a distortion in every type of music and podcast I listen to. The earpieces are terrible, they will fit and give you a positive fitness test once fresh out the box and never expect to be able to do it again. I've had one say it's fitting and then the next second it isn't. I've gotten both to say I have a perfect seal, with the earbuds sitting on the table in front of me. Just pass on these they're not worth the price at all.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Reflect Aero TWS has an IP rating of IP68 which means that it is water resistant to a maximum depth of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. However, we don't recommend our JBL Reflect Aero TWS for swimming since Bluetooth cannot travel underwater. Please ensure that the earbuds are completely dry before use. For sound and fit issues, we suggest trying different ear tips and Powerfins enhancer sizes to achieve a snug fit within your ear canal. Additionally, consider cleaning them with a cotton swab and alcohol. Also, please verify that the left/right balance control is set to default (centered). You can check the balance control on your source device by navigating to the "Accessibility" settings in your music player app. This is typically found in the playback or EQ settings, as well as in our JBL Headphone App. If you require further assistance, we would be happy to help you directly. Please contact our customer support for assistance.
