Got these for Christmas and was very excited but after several weeks I find they lose their charge quickly, one earphone faster than the other. The nice case doesn't hold the charge for long, and I can't find anywhere online or on this website that tells you how to use the "Best Fit" on the app and how to fix a "bad seal" message. I expected more from JBL.

They did feel good at the beginning, but they do come off frequently, and the worst part is that at the moment I'm getting a replacement, because they were reconnecting over and over when they were off and inside their charging case. While wearing them, and using the phone, I did also have inconveniences every 1 to 3 minutes, where there would be a pop up notification displaying the charge in each bud and the case. The quality feels great at first, but the output (volume) did leave me wishing for more, and noise insulation is not that great (I walk a lot in the city). I really hope the replacement changes my perspective, but if everything's good it'd go up to average, and if everything's perfect, it'd be good. I would not rate this product as excellent given the hassle I've been through so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're looking for a great set of earbuds to use while active, these are it. They're also perfect while doing nothing at all. I've tried many different earbuds before, but these are my favorite all around. The comfort, sound quality, and fit are outstanding. With the three options for ear hooks and inner ear pads you can't go wrong. Pair these up with the app and you have all of the controls right in your hand. The Ambient Aware option is great. It gives you the ability to be aware of your surrounds, without having to keep the volume low. It's great for when you're out for a run or even at your desk waiting for someone to ring the doorbell. I've made a few phone calls with these in, and it feels like you're right in the room with the person you're talking to. JBL really did a great job with this. My only criticism of these is sometimes they're hard to get a hold of to remove from the case. Almost like they're too smooth, but its easily looked past.

I'm very happy these earbuds. When I first put them on and played music just to try them. I ended up listening to them for about 2 hours because I was amazed at the quality and what I had been missing from other earbuds I had. I'm a believer in the quality sound they produce. Thank you JBL.

The charging case is a perfect size, it's small and includes a wrist strap perfect for taking with you while working out! It was easy to put in my wrist while taking a walk. The earbuds are so comfortable and secure, included are 2 extra sizes for the in ear comfort. These earbuds never fall out, it's so nice to never have to worry about them falling out. The waterproof feature is amazing of IP68. I was so happy with the ease of answering calls, playing/pausing music. While taking calls the sound was great and the person on my other end said they heard me perfectly as well. My favorite thing about JBL is sound quality! It is incredible how crystal clear music sounds, instruments and vocals are so clear you feel like the music is being played in the room with you. I listen to a lot of sports radio and like the music it come through loud and clear. Earbuds have long battery life and charge in the case. I love the noise canceling feature, it was great for vacuuming and blocking out the kids noise. I was impressed with my Reflect Aero earbuds, and the mint color I selected is a great color. Highly recommend this product!

The item didn't meet my expectations. It came very short on 2 points: 1) fit: very big size and even with the provided different adjustable tips, it didn't help. Consequently, the item couldn't stay secure in my ears and also was causing great discomfort when in place. 2) encountered 2 different functional issues with 2 different sets.

Sound is good. You get what you pay for. Ear buds do not stay seated in ear no matter what combination of in ear and out of ear pieces are swapped in. There is no difference in sound cancelling in Ambient Aware and Noise cancelling. There is no eradicable noise cancelling no matter the volume.

Worst earbuds ever... After one year using the product one ear plays really low volume... A reset didn't fix the problem... I experienced problems with the charging block as well... You cannot be sure that both buds are charging. Dont buy this product.

I got these about a year ago and love them. I run about 40 miles per week. They're very comfortable, and they so7nd is fantastic. I typically run to Tomorrowland Live Sets, and the bass is full and clear, and the highs are easily discernable. Have had exactly zero issues with sweat causing them to malfunction (Mississippi in the summer is a sweaty mess, y'all).
