Sound is great for the minute I manage to keep the

I have used JBL products for years and have been very happy with them all. The problem with these wireless earbuds is not the product so much as they are incompatible with my ears(!?). Absolutely can not keep them in place. I have had other JBL wireless and true wireless that have worked just fine. Well, mostly fine. The reason for this purchase was to replace the pair that fell out while I was running and were ran over by passing car.

Thank you for bringing this into our attention regarding your JBL Reflect Aero TWS. Try using different ear tips to achieve a snug fit in your ear. Adjust the ear tip angle slightly downward for easier insertion into the ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely to the shape of your ear, and continue twisting it into your ear canal. Earbud not working a month after purchase

I received these earbuds as a b'day gift in December and one of my earbuds is already dysfunctional. It will not come on whatsoever! I tried factory resetting (failed), I allowed the battery to deplete and recharge (still didn't work) and I tried to see if my case was “dirty”….it's not because I literally just got them. It's frustrating for my earbuds not to work after a month of use.

Not what I expected. Good quality materials, tho.

They did feel good at the beginning, but they do come off frequently, and the worst part is that at the moment I'm getting a replacement, because they were reconnecting over and over when they were off and inside their charging case. While wearing them, and using the phone, I did also have inconveniences every 1 to 3 minutes, where there would be a pop up notification displaying the charge in each bud and the case. The quality feels great at first, but the output (volume) did leave me wishing for more, and noise insulation is not that great (I walk a lot in the city). I really hope the replacement changes my perspective, but if everything's good it'd go up to average, and if everything's perfect, it'd be good. I would not rate this product as excellent given the hassle I've been through so far.
