It is a good product and a reasonable snack at night I am diabetic and must be careful, particularly with snacks and this is not ideal but as a limited part of my diet it is A tasty and healthy snack if offset by cuts elsewhere in my diet It has a long shelf life and is simple to prepare Make certain to measure the mix and water per instructions if dietary concerns are important to you and you want a larger cup. Rounding up the mix does make it a bit richer The price is pretty good and, depending on your membership level, it arrives on my door step at no extra cost

Good instant hot chocolate however I've found the Great Value brand to be better as far as the amount needed for each cup, as I like mine really chocolatey. If you use the recommended amount it tastes watery. You need more of the Swiss miss per cup to equal the flavor of the Great Value brand making it more expensive to use. I use 1 1/2 scoops of Great Value but need 2 scoops of the Swiss miss to achieve the same flavor. In the long run you get less for your money.

Product is Great!!!!!! If you order this DO NOT order 4 at a time…..They DO NOT know how to package it. I ordered 4 and the first one was damage and never delivered, the replacement one out the 4 was broke open and when I asked them to replace just the one item I explained the problem with shipping……well they sent another 4 and the same thing happen…1 out 4 was broke open

The new cannister has a lid that fits very loosely. It does not seem to seal airtight either. When I received my shipment of 2 cannisters, one was completely busted open and the powder was everywhere in the box. I'd like them to find a better fitting cover.

The new canisters are horrible. The lids don't stay in and they are thin and flimsy. The old round canisters are so much better, especially when purchasing such a large size.

Could only order online because it's a seasonal item. Received it in good time but it was half open and the mix was all over the box. It looked like a returned item because it had tap across the top of product. Also it was not packaged correctly, shipped with a small piece of plastic. Didn't get to try any Swiss Miss Chocolate Mix, just a return.

I do not like the new container. The lid is very loose and flimsy. The can is too top heavy for the small hand holds. It is an accident waiting to happen. If you bump the lid the mix is going to end up in the floor. Very poor design. I put mine in my old round container. I love the hot chocolate mix though

This was the first time I've purchased Swiss Miss in years. The moment I put my cup to my lips I knew something was different it was bland compared to all other hot cocoas I've had previously. I would try a smaller container before making the commitment of the large one. Just in case the flavor isn't to your liking. My son tried with half milk and water and liked it better cold.

This was received from shipper with the seal off and the plastic lid taped down. The hot chocolate powder was all in the box and on everything else in the order. It was a mess and very disappointing. Tried to find a way to return or contact for replacement withh no luck.

since we could not find swiss miss in stores we ordered online. UPS chucked it onto our porch. i brought it in but we had christmas presents and i didnt want to open it in case it had a gift with it. i opened it a week later the container had tape on it which came off and it spilled all over the box. i returned it and bought a smaller container at wal-mart.
