I have problem when doing bread and like 2 or even 3 cups of flour the big bowl is very big and the beater doesn’t touch the bottom, and for the small bowl that comes with it, it doesn’t have beater. It drives me crazy for this reason

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way this mixer worked for making cake batter, the whisk attachment made it so easy to get the eggs fluffy. It comes with several different attachments and two different sized bowls as well. I also love the spatula meant to clean the whisk/paddle attachments. The only negatives are that the mixer is quite heavy to move around the counter and it tall enough it won't fit in any of my cupboards. But overall really liked it.

It makes trying new recipes fun. I make homemade yeast rolls, but the arthritis in my hands makes it difficult to knead the dough. The dough hook has been a game changer for me. I am so glad I made this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been happy with my purchase. The only thing I've seen that concerns me is when I used my dough hook to make some pizza dough. After my dough was ready and I went to take my dough hook off it dropped fine metal shavings in on my dough. Otherwise, the other attachments have worked as they should.

I originally had used the tilt head and I prefer how much easier it is to access the bowl with a tilt head. But I’m trying to get used to the lift head and I wanted a stronger power motor! The matte black is beautiful. It scratches easily. I accidentally scratched my 30 minutes after taking it out of the box with the bowl…oops! So far it is working well but I wish the attachments were so expensive. I’m also struggling to find attachments and extra bowls for my size.

During the "fantastic sale" of this Mixer on-line only ($100.00 dollars off until December 26, 2024), I ordered this 5.5 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer on December 9, 2024. It was "a little bit harrowing" at first, because I originally ordered the Matte Black Color thinking it was "in stock," but about one hour before I was supposed to pick it up curbside, they cancelled that order, so I assumed it was because it was out of stock, but their website did not reflect this development. Therefore, very promptly after this fact, later in the evening, I ordered the Silver Color instead to which I again got notice that they had cancelled this order also. I contacted Sam's Club's Customer Service directly the following morning and actually talked to a "live person" on December 10th, 2024, they informed me they actually did have the Silver Color "in stock" and I could still go and pick this one up, to which I did. I have used this Mixer (recently over the Christmas Holiday) and I simply love it. The fact that I got "such a great deal" on the price and the extra accessories (the 3-Quart Bowl, Small Whip and the Spatula) were a wonderful addition for the price. I know that everyone has different experiences with a product not performing well in whatever manner to their expectations when they purchase an item, but I did not. After adjusting the screw that makes sure that the paddle, whip or dough hook did not touch the bowl to scratch it, when I made my homemade baked goods, it worked "flawlessly." I highly recommend this Bowl-Lift Mixer for anyone to purchase and utilize to make your cakes, cookies, rolls or whatever pastry fits your desire. You will not be disappointed in your decision in order to prepare "absolute delicacies" and good cooking to all!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heavy & durable. This model works great. However if you were use to a mixer that has a turn table, this does not turn. The beater tools do a good job of gathering your ingredients together. You will have to stop. & start to use spatula to scrape sides of bowl. I say the kitchenaid products are overrated in price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this KitchenAid 5.5 quart stand mixer! It is so powerful and makes my cakes light and fluffy when using the wire-whip to mix. I have made bread with the dough hook and it comes out perfect every time. The flat beater is great for making cookie dough. I love that the beater and dough hook are coated as my previous ones were not so I couldn’t wash them in the dishwasher without them turning black. The small bowl and mini whip are perfect for beating eggs. This mixer is much quieter than my other mixers which is very nice. This mixer is such a step up and I appreciate the power and ability to use this stand mixer for all my baking needs. I highly recommend this KitchenAid 5.5 quart mixer!
