Love my KitchenAid, my last was 10 years old before wearing out, purchased to replace and it did not disappoint, the extra accessories are a plus a plus as well, the only thing that could be better is if the splash guard for this size was more readily available or included with the package.

Had my old one for many years. This larger version is great for any recipe that is large. Made a few items so far and really like it. No flour storm and whips great for frosi\ting in smaller bowl. Haven't tried bread yet. Keep it on my counter - too heavy to lift from cabinet but it is used often so it is a non issue for me.

This is the real thing. Whoever runs the kitchen workshop needs real professional level tools. In our case it is my wife. She has owned prize-winning restaurants, but never wanted to spend the money for the same quality tools she had in her restaurant kitchens. Christmas was the breakthrough moment. While baking something she just couldn’t any longer mix the heavy batter by hand. At last we finally out a kitchen aid mixer at home. The down side is now my wife wants me to get down to the shop and make a proper work table for it. It’s now part of our family. Fair warning

This is my first KitchenAid Stand Mixer. I wanted white, but they did not have that option in this model. I got the stainless steel color instead. I like it a lot. The mixer is very easy to use and it looks very pretty on the countertop. There is nothing to complain about as it does the job and is attractive. It saved me time and elbow grease when baking during the holidays. I highly recommend this stand mixer. I did a lot of research prior to my purchase and I got bogged down in the details of all of the different brands and models and reviews. Don’t waste time creating spreadsheets of data and comparisons. Just get this one. The price is right and it is a life saver. You will not regret it. I highly recommend it.

Love, love, love the mixer. The big bowl makes it easy to add ingredients while mixing. It seems to mix quicker and is not as noisy as my previous mixer. Love the blue color. Lots of great attachments included with many attachments available for purchase.

I am very happy with my purchase. I do miss the head that tilts but it is fine. You just lower the bowl. All the extra accessories are so helpful! It is very heavy so if you are older it may be difficult to move without help. However the work it does is amazing!

Love the Blue color ! Only negative is it heavy to lift for a "80" year old. My other KitchenAid mixer was 42 years old and hard a hard time mixing heavy ingredients. Today was my first try making my husband's favorite cookie. (Tart Cherry Oatmeal cookies). The power was way superior to my old mixer. Additionally they have a small bowl with a small whip to do whipped cream. Surprised at the long rubber spatula with a grove to help clean the batter off the whip.

Love my KitchenAid 5.5 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer. It has great power to get the job done. So far, I have made a pound cake, a cheeseball, and mashed potatoes twice. (Christmas & New Years Eve) This mixer made the process so easy. It is also surprisingly quiet, runs smooth, has plenty of speed selections, and it is easy to clean. However, it is heavy, so plan to leave it out on your countertop, but it is so nice looking you really won't want to hide it in a cabinet. Also, the bowl can be a challenge to snap into place, but you get used to it real fast. I am so glad I chose this model and I am very happy I bought it from Sam's Club at a great price!

This is a wonderful machine. My first KitchenAid mixer has lasted for over 40 years. Unfortunately We didn’t bring it with us…. So we purchased this one after realizing that a hand mixer couldn’t do the job this KitchenAid could. Nice, smooth, strong motor makes a batch of 90 cookies with ease. I am concerned the lifting mechanism seems loose yet so far it has given me no reason to complain. I’m also glad to have the extra whisk, bread dough hook, etc. Sams Club definitely had the best price around! Merry Christmas to me.

Had a tilting mixer that was 40 years old. I deeply regret getting rid of it. I thought I was upgrading, but this one sucks. Not only does it not reach the bottom or side sides of the bowl, but getting the bowl on and off the stand is a job in itself. The machine is very noisy, even louder than my 40 year-old version. Maybe I gotta reject, but I am not at all happy with my purchase.
