Email with gift card info arrived in my inbox in a few minutes. I was able to load it to my bath and body works app with no problems

As others have noted, I placed an order which went through. A few minutes later I received an email that it was cancelled. My payment method is valid and my account is active. Why?

false advertising. ordered twice and that just keep canceling the orders. when you call customer service they give no reason for canceling and just tell you to keep reordering.
