So far i've purchased 2 of these and they were delivered within minutes and everything worked perfectly. I'm skeptical of buying gc's because of the potential for the code to be on the hands of a scammer even before purchasing. Thos wasn't the case with these.

i orders 3 gift cards. and they were canceled even after taking my payment. no reason why they were canceled i was told to reorder them. but online app wont let me. the worst thing i had given one to my daughter in law that one was also canceled .i had to go to the store and buy one

I ordered two of these gift cards for email delivery. I received an order confirmation email. Then, I received another email stating the order had been canceled, and no explanation was given. I checked the Sam's app to see if it was no longer in stock, but that wasn't the case. I contacted customer support and was told that an email would be sent with the reason for the cancellation. So, I'm still in the dark with no gift cards.

Shows as in stock, will let you purchase, but then will cancel without explanation. Called customer support and they said this gift card is out of stock. Makes sense, considering I'm trying to buy it on Christmas Eve, but the website should have it marked as out of stock if that is the case.

I ordered two in the same day. One came, the other didn't. I have the email telling me I ordered it, but never got the email with the card. I called customer service and the transferred me three times. I had to hang up because it took to long and I had to get back to work. I don't know if I'll ever be able to get it.

Please beware! I have brought these many times. However last time I did they were zero balance. Sam's club won't help. saying they will reach out to bath and body works. while Bath and body works won't do anything because they came from a third party vendor. Be prepared to lose your money on these.
