Intuit TurboTax Deluxe 2024 Email Delivery, Federal and State Returns + Federal E-file with $10 in-product credit

After an hour of entering info it suddenly crashed and I had to start all over again.

Disappointing

This version did less explanations.  It is frustrating.

Turbo Tax is frustrating

I have been using Turbotax for many years.  Always has worked  out well.

No issues with filing.  Great software for filing our taxes.

Have used TurboTax for 17 years and have always been happy with the results.

Turbo Tax guides one through, a bit tedious, but it makes sure everything is covered.,

Too many tax categories

I had no issue to complete the return and the error pointing was very helpful

Good tax software

Won't let me get past the MW worksheet. Keeps asking for information on the 1099 Int form.

Worst year of Turbo Tax Ever

Long time user...familiar with most aspects of program.

Senior version is fantastic...$12,000 extra!

Interface is easy to follow. Made filing of both federal and State tax super easy. Love it.

Excellent tax app

The interview process is unreliable; e.g., we had to check many times to see if what we had entered in the  interview actually held, because after we had saved and closed Turbo and then returned to it we found many times that we had to repeat our entries.  There were other inconsistencies, such as: 1) Turbo asking us for in-put on a (mystery) Canadian retirement plan which we not indicated we had; and one of the tax summaries having data which was inconsistent with the correct data.  We wonder if Turbo had gone over board with AI; and was getting back hallucinations.

The Turbo Tax software needs many corrections

Was extremely difficult to transmit e-files, as the program kept telling me to change items, and when changed, told me to change them back.  For some reason, which I don't know why, EVENTUALLY, the returns got e-filed!  Spent (and wasted) a lot of time because this was happening.
