Intuit TurboTax Deluxe 2024 Email Delivery, Federal and State Returns + Federal E-file with $10 in-product credit

It was more challenging to use for the 2025 tax year. Probably won't buy again.

Top Shelf Tax software

Poor. AI was worthless in helping with issues.  Forms that should have been there was not.

Intuit TurboTax is very easy to use.

This was the most bug-ridden version of TTAX I have ever seen. Every time I opened it, it used another activation. Several screens were completely blank, and the investment module seemed to not have been loaded at all.  I finally uninstalled and loaded a new clean version (at the cost of another activation) and struggled for 2 more days trying to get it to handle an HSA issue. Looking online, it's apparent there are  number of known issues.

Buggy

The web developers need to correct the payment page (where you enter credit card information). The drop down for the month of the expiration date does not show  9 -12 for selection. I had to use a different card because after 5 minutes of playing with it I was able to select the number 10. This is not acceptable!
