Intuit TurboTax Deluxe 2024 Email Delivery, Federal and State Returns + Federal E-file with $10 in-product credit

I've used TurboTax for over 30 years& have always been satisfied with the results.

Greatest Tax preparation software, I have used Turbo Tax for years.

Turbo Tax is awesome.

I cannot E-File my state taxes and pay the $25 the app is crashing.

Fast and easy, I had no issues filing state and federal taxes

No problems, it was breeze!!

The software is robust yet fairly simple to complete.

It made it incredibly hard to find and open previous years tax returns...

Not happy this year

A little buggy - data would not save when expected and had trouble finding/correcting information.

Some Querks

Easy Peasy and accurate.  Switching from "Forms " to "step by step" makes checking accuracy easy

It's a good tool.

This was the most bug-ridden version of TTAX I have ever seen. Every time I opened it, it used another activation. Several screens were completely blank, and the investment module seemed to not have been loaded at all.  I finally uninstalled and loaded a new clean version (at the cost of another activation) and struggled for 2 more days trying to get it to handle an HSA issue. Looking online, it's apparent there are  number of known issues.

Buggy

I think it's the best general public tax prep software available.  However, purchasing the annual Turbo tax product now and for some time has required that I use my Intiut password.  Since I used TurboTax for many years, the need to use an Intuit password when that presented itself posed an insurmountable challenge since I never had one and the 'forgot your password' function is circular.  I asked to change it, was not given a chance to do so, and was immediately returned to the login screen and asked to enter my password.  HR Block has stolen a march from you because I'm sure that many others have faced the same challenge as I did.  Please fix your 'change password.'  I'm sure that I speak for many who would appreciate that and use TurboTax again because it really is the better product.
