I am frustrated! I needed help and there was no way to get it.  I had to google it.  I should be able to get answers from turbotax

Excellent Product!

Just tired of the Bait and Switch- the up-sale marketing, the added frustration of being pushed to do things online and to pay even more

The process was easy all the way to the end and now it won't let me pay with a card and file my taxes

Didn't end well

Downloading the software is painful.  The software will also not accept a correct zip code for a 1099-R and won't let me e-file.

Software is problematic and has errors

Initial rollout of the software couldn't be loaded.  Had to wait for bugs to be fixed.  Never had this issue before.

Finally able to download.

In the beginning your instructions are very difficult to follow, I am very old and instructions should all be so older people can unstand.

Turbo Tax Should be Simpler

Software started to endlessly loop during the State return. Also, it failed to transmit electronically (error 2). I searched the internet and tried to fix the problem by adjusting my own security settings but nothing worked. So I had to print everything.

I had very much help from two of your live agents. They were very helpful in getting me through the process of completing my taxes.  Most of my problems were about navigating through the technical portion of your program which is very confusing at times.
