I have used Turbo Tax for more than 20 years. What I would like to know is how to transfer my tax files when I buy a new computer???

It would be a 5 star review if you brought back It's Deductible. I had to use a different vendor for my charitable deductions.

I spoke with a really nice lady concerning the noncustodial tax credit and she helped me get it straightened out

i have used turbotax for the past 10 years. excellent software, easy to follow and filing could not be easier.

Not that easy to follow instructions or get help--often resorted to internet to check. Apparently could not import most 1099 forms.

It just wasn't made clear that extra fees would be needed once I downloaded the desktop. I ended up paying an extra $15.00

All communications with persons was excellent they were eager to help, concerned, courteous, efficient and Professional.

At end of program, it locked up and would not save, had to start over!!! And remove the crappy online option!!

Over the years, I found it user friendly, and there was not a situation that Turbo Tax couldn't handle.
