No problems from start to finish . Screen flow was fine - did not have any problems using the softeware

This is the second year I have had trying to pay the state fees with a credit card. You enter your address and there is no continue button.

I have used Turbo Tax for more than 20 years. What I would like to know is how to transfer my tax files when I buy a new computer???

I was not able to install turbo tax on my primary computer. I had to use my backup computer to file my income tax. User help line was not useful

it works ok but one of the primary reasons I stuck with turbo tax was because of its deductible - and you got rid of it:(
