I always use Turbo Tax and like the simple and clear question and answer format. It makes it very easy to complete this annual chore.

Turbo Tax is good but not the 1099R section, it is very hard to understand. You need to make this section easy to understand.

Turbo Tax is harder to use and understand than recent years. Basically, "If it ain't broke, stop fixing it."

Not that easy to follow instructions or get help--often resorted to internet to check. Apparently could not import most 1099 forms.

Everything went smoothly. The results were accurate. I like the way it guides you through each area. It was organized to produce the best outcome.

Really an excellent software program. First time I used it crashed and I didn't save data.My bad. After that, it went flawlessly

Easy to use - I would never even think about switching to any of the other products on the market. I recommend TurboTax to everyone!

It sucks that I had to pay an additional $40 to pay my state filing fee because your software wouldn't allow a credit card payment.
