I liked that every section contains the help menu, which makes it very clear to answer the questions correctly.

This was the WORST experience I have ever had with Turbo Tax - it has been frustrating other years, but this year was UNACCEPTABLE

Using Turbo Tax was much easier than downloading or printing documents from the IRS website. I will probably use it again for 2026 taxes.

For the basic Federal and state returns it worked well. Need some improvement on help with completing the Minnesota property tax relief form.

Most topics were easy to understand while I had to go back to some to figure out how to input the information.

Another year filing with Turbo Tax. Easy process to prepare and file my taxes. I especially like the error checking.

It was more difficult to set up than in past years and more cumbersome to use. I have used turbo tax for over 30 years so I am not new to this.

I DO NOT want to purchase the Audit Defense! I paid enough for the program. Stop pushing Audit Defense!
