A great program, but I didn't like the ending of It's Deductible. I had to enter charitable deductions one at a time.

Easy to use for simple tax returns. Not easy to use for any cases that may be slightly outside the norm.

First I want to address you cancelling your program "It's Deductible", I always depended on it, as I do a lot of donations.

Love it. Makes filing easy. Simple to follow the prompts for each item and obtain info/guidance on them.

I'm not able to e-file my return due to a "hiccup". It says I need an update, but there is no update available.

It was a little confusing to understand how to file an extension and then I was not able to e-file and had to mail instead.

There were some bugs in the software this time. I thought the interface was less helpful as far as guidance goes.

Been using it for years. Do all my family and friends taxes using turbo tax. There is none better. Very easy to work with.

I have had a good experience with TurboTax over the years. I feel like it's accurate and easy to understand.
