TT has become easier to use as I have used it for years. New format for dividends, interest, etc. is confusing.

Decent, but too expensive with too many upcharges, and too many tedious double checks for entering info.

I ran into several issues this year with turbotax. Some known IRS issues should have been flagged and addressed through notifications or alerts.

Have been using Turbotax for decades. Did try a competing product one year. Turbotax is the best, hands down.

It went well after I was able to import last years return. Their was a bug that I had to fine out about to get it to work.

I do my tax every year with this software easy to use and trustable without paying so much to someone else now

Ease of use. Imports information from previous return, various sources for income, banking info, etc.
