I HAVE USED TURBO TAX MANY YEARS AND RECOMMEDED TO OTHERS. I FIND EASY TO USE AN HELPFUL WITH TOPICS I NEED HELP TO COMPLETE.

Easy to use with clear instructions and online guidance. Accurate calculations and up to date tax law application. .

Less intuitive than in years past. Not as much guidance. Did not like the search feature or the "help" feature.

I don't like the WAITING when all I want to do is check the status of my tax return. Give me the option to update - DON'T assume I need tax updates.

Disappointed that after 3 attempts, the information/history from the past years did not populate in the software

I've lost count as to the number of years I have used TurboTax. I( wouldn't use anything or anyone else.

Been using TurboTax for 20 years. The yearly changes are subtle making it very easily complete the current year tax return.

Horrible product. $25 for state e-file after paying full price for the product. I would not recommend.

SINCE SOME STATES CHARGE TO E-FILE, MANY PEOPLE PREFER TO FILE SIMPLE RETURNS BY MAIL. TURBO TAX DOESN'T MAKE THAT EASY.

The accuracy is assured; no simple math mistakes. The guidance and having the forms needed is a great feature and benefit.
