You stopped supporting windows 10. Makes it harder to complete at home and I'm not comfortable putting all my information online.

Program was easy to use and walked me through the process. I did not have to search for where information should go.

I'm very unhappy with Turbo Tax. It added on a Premium service I did not ask for. I'm following instructions to get rid of it but it doesn't work.

This was the mpst difficult form I've had to fill out using turbo tax...not enough explanations especially using Form SE

it's great, easy to use, I've used Turbo Tax for more years than I can recall and see no reason to ever change that.

entering routing and account numbers too many times. Pay for 2nd state tax form when no tax is due them.

Easy to download and use. Completed my taxes quickly and easy to file with both federal and state returns.

There is some quirkiness as when you are going back and forth the info should always save the previous work. This was a little frustrating.
