nickel and dime to e-file state, should be included with the software purchase already, ill try different company next time

The software is old and outdated. It keeps showing the same prompts and should automatically adjust the font size

I've used Turbotax for years and this year was the worst. I had to pay for the state efile before I found out that I couldn't efile my returns!
