My husband and I have used TurboTax every year for at least 20 years. It is easy, it is accurate, why use anything else?

Product is good except that your advertisements and trying to sell add-on services are annoying and may lead me to try another tax service software.

Had to reenter information the program already had repeatedly. This is not a very user friendly program. Will pay a tax preparer next year

Works good for someone who does not enjoy doing income tax. Sometimes the info is a little confusing.

The software made an error by concluding that my new car qualified for tax credit when it actually did not.

Too difficult to use. Had issues with printing my returns. Too many unnecessary pages to wade through. Up charges are also a pain.
