I was able to walk through all of the topics in an orderly way. Questions were easy to understand. Switching back and forth to View Forms is nice.

you keep using more and more popups. its like 2004 on the internet. limit the upsells and just let us do our bleeping taxes.

I did not use live tax advice and hopefully turbo tax contained enough material to get through tax season

Terrible product. Errors have not links or explanation, AI is useless., automatic forms, impossible to edit. I will never use it again!

I did not engage with any experts. Why would I pay for even MORE services? And if nothing saves me money, I'm out $60 and you just shrug!

I'm only filling this out because I am being forced to and I cannot get through the application until I submit this.

The program stalled after using it for 15 mins with nothing was saved, so I needed to restart the whole process over again.

So easy to use. Especially appreciate the pre-populated fields if TurboTax was used for the prior year.

Once again TurboTax made preparing and filing both our Federal and State returns a relatively stress free experience!
