I've been using TT for over 20 years, this year was the first time I found it to be a little confusing. It was not broken, why did you try to fix it?

Turbo tax has multiple errors and many of the instructions in step-by-step are ambiguous or incorrect.

Went smoothly and those questions I had were answered by information in the app or by Google AI mode.

Turbo Tax import of PDF from 2024 doesn't work. (Seems to be a very complaint, with no solution available.)

My family and I have used Turbo Tax for more years than I can remember (20+ years) and I never had any problems or difficulties.

only issue was trying to post the 1099-INT entry as an edit Took forever to fumble around to get the right key sequence input.

Some of the questions were not real clear this year. More detailed information on crypto, FSA, HSA, stocks, etc.. Easy to answer questions.

Had to talk to help person to resolve an issue. He knew exactly what I had to do to fix the problem. Professional, courteous, and very helpful.

Turbo Tax is still a very good product, but removing ItsDeductible with no replacement is a major loss for processing charitable donations of goods.
