I always breeze through my taxes. If I do have questions, it is easy to find with the help of the information buttons etc., or to look-up online.

It's ridiculous to pay so much for this software and then have to pay more to file state returns. Will not be buying again.

Couldn't get through it as fast if i had to do it the old paper form. Makes it fast and simple to follow.

Not very helpful based on my status. The desktop version did not get all the information from online and reduced by refund by $1000.

Not honest with cost, asked for upgrades through out, still paid 60 in refund processing, for what now?

I live in a no income tax state yet i am asked multiple times if im ready to file my state tax. the program should know.
