I have used turbo tax for over 20 years and am always glad to have used the product. The guidance and answers to my questions are very helpful.

All imported data did not auto fill in the required boxes in the form. Only when reviewing the forms, data has to been manually entered.

Import of data supporting 1099-B did not work from neither Fidelity nor Morgan Stanley. Now I must mail a copy of the 60 pages to IRS (Form 8453)

On phone I got help and she patiently heard my concern. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.

It is easy to use. But have have one suggestion. Add a spot where you ask if I have any Qualified Charitable Distributions. That would be a big help.

Turbotax has always guided me on completing my taxes well, but doesn't bring ALL the potential tax exemptions automatically like past years versions.
