Very easy to complete forms. All the information is there to complete the forms and to answer any of your questions.

I have used TurboTax for years and have had really good experiences. This year seemed more confusing than in the past.

It was more difficult to set up than in past years and more cumbersome to use. I have used turbo tax for over 30 years so I am not new to this.

I HAD TO CALL TURBO TAX FOR HELP AND THE WOMAN I SPOKE WITH WAS SO PATIENT AND HELPFUL AND WE WERE ON THE PHONE FOR A LONG TIME

imports were difficult this year. I had to enter twice to get info but then had to review and ended up with duplicate records which I had to delete.

The eneragy efficienct credits were not explained clearly and I thinl i may be overpaying the taxes that should be credited.

Not a fan of some of the changes you added and things deleted. It was still easy and thorough but not as fluid and easy as before.

Downloading the desktop version was a nightmare again this year. But after it's done, the program is great.
