Questions about my situation and ease of maneuvering around the desktop guide was not as easy as previous years. This was the first year that I ever said that I didn't think I would want to use Turbo Tax again.

Turbo Tax is streight forward Q. and A. I wouldn't use any other program. I have used Turbo Tax for the past 25 years. Keep it up Turbo Tax. Two thumbs up ! It is compatable with all the features I can use.

Guidance seemed a little different this year. It had duplicate listing of previous entries, such as Bethpage or Fidelity. This caused me to think i was missing something. I downloaded Fidelity and it still listed it as not entered.

Less Human friendly. I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years. For some reason it gets harder and harder to use as its less customer friendly. Sounds like AI has taken over the forms and less human friendly.

I have been using TT since 1993, it works great. I would not use anything else. I do wish Intuit would make it easy to look at the old TT files I have.

this years turbo tax is full of bugs or intentional flaws.Tied many times to pay for and transmit my state form with credit card and kept getting try again later. Once selected e-file state form it is made very difficult to go back and file by mail.

Very easy to use. Just make sure you have your previous year's AGI amount before you start the process, it can be locate on LINE 11 of your previous return. Happy Taxin'!!!

Turbo tax is NOT working for me. I went to file electronically and I get an error message that an update is required, but I have made the update. Still craps out. VERY FRUSTRATED.

I have been a long-term user of TurboTax. The product works flawlessly and has been my "go to" product for filing our income tax filings for more years than I can count. It was easy to download data from our financial institutions.

Unless I somehow missed it, it never asked if I had an IRS PIN. Hard to find where this is entered until I Googled it. Shouldn't be that difficult. I had one last year so it should have detected it and at least asked about it..
