only problem is for people that have more than one IRA account. It would be better to ask what the total RMD is for ALL accounts rather on on each 1099. That way amount isn't doubled or tripled depending on how many accounts one person has.

I love Turbo Tax and have used it for many years. This year it seemed more complex, and the instructions were a little more confusing, but I did manage to work my way through it. Technology is just getting more complicated than ever!

I have been using TurboTax for many years. I can’t say I appreciate all the ‘glitzy’ stuff your designers are adding year after year. I also find your ‘help’ features are not really helpful!

I contacted support for help in my installation. (I'm not computer savvy). The woman that helped was extremely helpful and very very very patient. She alone is the reason i will always use Turbo Tax. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Worked great except for the State forms bug that kept not working until I went to the Help section and removed the downloaded State form, then it re-downloaded correctly.

This year they seemed to remove the charitable deduction calculator. You put in what clothes you donated, and it gave you values. Seems like a lower level of functionality without a decreased in pricing.

I use TurboTax every year and TurboTax has great explanations in the software when I have questions. I can easily move in and out of forms, save to PDF file, TurboTax checks for errors, and eFiling is simple.

I am now submitting for the 5th time thanks to your program checking boxes on its own and causing errors which the program doesn't pick up on. I have literally spent 6 hours correcting and re-correcting my return.

AL State tax form was confusing. Had to go to you tube to get help. Retirement from another state teachers account gave no selection for exemption issues with state filing

Filing my returns through Turbo Tax was easy. I highly recommend the step by step process. However, it took a very long time to end the process. Maybe an easier process would be very helpful.
