Another year with a great product! Turbo Tax really helps remove a lot of the stress of tax season and preparation. In all of the years I have used Turbo Tax I have never to date had any issues with the IRS or state filings.

Was notified that my amended return was rejected. Email from turbo tax said it wl help me resolve. when Turbo Tax reopened it said return rejected but nothing available to resolve the issue

Repeat steps between Federal & CO returns on ID, Bank Information, etc. Why is duplication necessary. If you elect bank information, why isn't it transferred from Federal to state return?

Your program sent estimated tax payment for 2026 even though I did not owe taxes and DID NOT WANT IT TO DO THIS!!! Your software is too restrictive in it's operation, I will go back to H&R Block!

We have been filing using TurboTax for more than 20 years. It has proven to be an easy-to-follow process with help and links to give us confidence our returns are accurate and honest.

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 25 years. In the past few years, there have been updates upon updates upon updates... I filed today, but now fear another update will require me to file an amended return!!

IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF THE PRINT SIZE WAS A LITTLE LARGER FOR THOSE OF US WHO ARE GETTING OLDER AND NEED A LITTLE MORE ASSISTANCE IN READING THE FINE PRINT ON THE FORMS AND THE "LEARN" SECTIONS.

Desktop app was terrible. Had to loo up how to make it better. Should include a warning to run as administrator to make the app run okay. I had to work to pull up last years tax return that I did througt turbo tax. Unacceptable

Turbo Tax is accurate and easy to use. I found answers to all my questions/concerns within the program. I had to switch to Turbo Tax for Apple IOS instead of Windows. The transfer was seamless and everything worked great.

Turbo tax helps me complete my taxes quickly and with confidence. It would be helpful if the Expert Advice had a chat option so those with hearing problems could understand what was being said more clearly.
