can't even do a direct deposit of your refund

not as intuitive to navigate and imkje it IMPOSSIBLE TO do direct deposit of refund. there is no form 8888 nor any research topic relating to direct deposit of refunds. this sucks

Meh. Does what its supposed too but annoying

It does what it's supposed to. The constant ads for getting Live Tax help are ANNOYING. Also, first state filing should be free. Its bait-and-switch that its not.

Issue with charges

I have an MAJOR ISSUE with the opening page ALWAYS starting with purchase options, even though I have a membership that automatically charges me in November for the next year's tax package.

Turbo Tax problems

I had a lot of problems with updating turbo tax. I did get in touch with turbo tax and the women i talked with was very helpful and had a lot of suggestions. I ended updating using the administrations file.

Why no link to the IRS instruction sheets?

TurboTax has a FORMS view that I find useful to check my filing. However, the forms view does not link to the IRS instructions sheets. IT SHOULD PROVIDE LINKS TO THE IRS INSTRUCTIONS!

could have had more information about updates on the input of 1099rs and also how to input since the format changed from previous years to a icon based input.

Quick and Easy

I have been using TurboTax for years. The format is familiar and easy for me to follow. Loading the prior year return info helps me make sure I haven't forgotten anything.

SO-SO PERFORMANCE OF THE DESKTOP VERSION

It seems that with your push to get customers using the online version of TurboTax, the programming has gotten sloppy and a bit twitchy for the Desktop version, which I prefer and will continue to seek to use until it is no longer offered.
