TurboTax Premier allowed me to transmit a federal return electronically without requiring me to enter an IP PIN. It required me to enter our five digit e-filing numbers, but not our six digit IRS IP PINS. Change the code.

Have difficulty with the PIN verification for efile and must mail the returns, it appears that there may be software bugs and the population that buys the application does their testing.

Had a problem with selecting credit card expiration month from drop down list when logging into INTUIT App. for State E-File payment. The drop-down months could not be selected.

Believe we have been using Turbo Tax since it was invented and without issue. This year the Fed went well, but the 2025 Georgia Tax Return will not get the AGI from the Fed form resulting in show GA Tax Due when it should be Zero.

There are always areas that seem new, unfamiliar, and somewhat confusing, and I just take a guess at the required answer--however, it just may be that my memory is deficient from year to year.

I am still waiting for your software engineers to update Tubo Tax to allow me to amend a 2025 return I filed with a missing W-2. Why is it taking so long. Your message said it will be updated by February and its almost March.

Harder to use than last year. It kept asking me about a Canadian investment. Hard to get out of that. The efile was easier though. Overall, I like the product and have been using it for many years.

I was very disappointed that TurboTax was no longer available for Windows 10. Like so many others, my main PC is Windows 10 and cannot be upgraded to Win 11. I've used TurboTax for years but this is the first year I found it less intuitive.

TurboTax has a FORMS view that I find useful to check my filing. However, the forms view does not link to the IRS instructions sheets. IT SHOULD PROVIDE LINKS TO THE IRS INSTRUCTIONS!
