I've been using turbo tax for a long time already and its fast and accurate! Every time I need help, just a phone call away and turbo tax expert always willing to help!!!!!

It did not import the proper data from my tax returns and I encountered problems in submitting my payment. It would not allow me to enter the month of expiration when I tried to pay

I have used TurboTax for many, many years and have had zero problems. The software is very easy to use and it covers every deduction you can think of. I always have the highest confidence on the accuracy of my tax return when I use TurboTax.

Seemed to work well, but the cost of E-Filing the State return keeps increasing by $5 each year. Starting to get cost prohibitive. Enough increases already!

Basically easy due to the nature of my simple return. Supposedly I was to get a free state e-file but was charged $25. Also what's up with a $40 refund processing fee - who gets this $40!

Turbotax was not as "friendly" this year as in past years, When I needed to return to a previous page, it would send me back to the start of the entire section, rather than revisiting the previous page(s)--it's still a great product!

I love Turbo Tax. I have been using it forever. I use to do all my kids taxes but now they are all doing their own. I will probably use it until I die. Thank you

I've been using Turbo Tax for a few years now but sometime i ran into some section that is hard for me to understand but i keep coming back to Turbo Tax because i want to get better at it.

Best tax software to use even for a beginner to expert!! Been using for over two decades and still loving it. No need to give my hard earned cash to an expert!

Turbo Tax was very easy to use. I have used it for many years will continue use it. The only thing it didn't allow me to do was import by 2024 Tax information to the 2025 Taxes so I have to type in much more information.
