I had a lot of problems with updating turbo tax. I did get in touch with turbo tax and the women i talked with was very helpful and had a lot of suggestions. I ended updating using the administrations file.

I do not like the "purchase" products/protections as I work through my taxes. I am already stressing every keystroke. It just adds stress. Ask - but at the end or at start.

could have had more information about updates on the input of 1099rs and also how to input since the format changed from previous years to a icon based input.

Command buttons did not work without clicking more than once and other programming info came up instead. Processing was slow and this was the worst version I ever used over the last 10 years.

I initially doubled up on my Tips because the program asked which part of the 1099-K as well as the 1099-NEC was Tips. The programing should notify / remind the user that Tips were already entered one or the other.

Not a fan of the boxes that one needs to click on this year. e.g., W-2, etc. Also was asked things that should have been pulled over from last year. I don't like being nagged to buy other features.

Was notified that my amended return was rejected. Email from turbo tax said it wl help me resolve. when Turbo Tax reopened it said return rejected but nothing available to resolve the issue

Same excellent experience as in previous years. Was able to muddle my way through the package without incident. My return is fairly basic these days. Thank you.

Been using TurboTax for years, but disappointed that the 2025 downloadable version was for Windows 11 only. Completed it on a new laptop. My desktop has Windows 10. Read poor reviews about the online version.

Turbo Tax is an excellent tax preparation program for the average person who needs to file federal and state taxes. I have been using it for many years. Thank you!
