It does what it's supposed to, but wants to try and upsell you every step of the way and dictating what operating system you use and requiring you make an account with them.

Their menus could be more clear. Make it easier to pick and choose what to work on. I dislike to processing fee that is tacked onto refunds. What's up with sneaking that into the filing process and not disclose up front. Shame on you all

It stated I could efile both federal and state for free then it said I had to pay $25 with a $10 discount to file State. After I Efiled federal it wants me to pay $40 more!!!

I want my TurboTax to be complete. I had to go into the forms and update. I generated a 6-digit ID Pin code from the IRS, but I do not know where to use it for TurboTax, which has a 5-digit code. What gives.

Milking the poor with overpriced tax software and lobbying against free filing. The tax software isn't broken down into language for dummies, and they want to sell you with audit defense and services on top of it all.

For some reason, after 10-12 great year, the product is getting less easy and less intuitive to use, not sure why. Also, my 2024 return did not come up, so I had to re-enter all the info myself, ugh.

Difficulty in entering data - due to constant insistence on using download which is not easily to acquire. Ability to enter the data is more difficult than ever to get to entry screens.

Don't have It's Deductible anymore and the compatibility with Windows 11 is poorly done. Also don't allow DVD copy of application. NOT HAPPY WITH CHANGES TO THE APPLCATION. NOT AS USER FRIENDLY AS PAST VERSIONS

In general, software performed as expected with exception that I was unable to import tax info from my Financial institutions and needed to input information manually - I real hassle
