I was not able to e-file my Minnesota tax return. It was not clear why. I paid for Deluxe with State so I didn't have to do this by mail. I don't have a printer and it is a huge hassle to get the state printed for mailing.

failed to transmit because it needed updating. Turbotax should have checked itself before transmitting and being rejected. no clear instructions about how to fix the problem. Had to use google because tons of other people had the same problem.

I had a problem downloading, it was much easier with the disk. Once I got started it was easy and didn't take to long. I will definitely use it again next year. I highly recommend Turbo Tax if you plan on filing your own tax returns.

Entered information in a wrong category. Found it impossible to remove data. program kept asking for more info and showed up as error in final review. Have used Turbo Tax software in the past but will no longer use it in the future

I have used TT for decades. TT has walked me through some pretty complex filings and thankfully is still here to hold my hand while I prepared the least complicated return yet. Thank you, TT

Your program sent estimated tax payment for 2026 even though I did not owe taxes and DID NOT WANT IT TO DO THIS!!! Your software is too restrictive in it's operation, I will go back to H&R Block!

We're now in our 36th year of using Turbotax and love it. All relevant income and deductions flow seamlessly from year to year...what can I say..it's great

Year after year TurboTax has worked for me. It's very thorough and complete. Has givn me every confidence that my tax submissions are accurate an timely.

Can I rate zero stars. I've never had problems with Turbo Tax Deluxe like this year. All this program wanted to do for me was sell me more add-on services.

I had a very hard time getting the software to open after I had started a return - perhaps because it was constantly checking for updates, which seems to cause it to get confused.
