I would give the app 5 stars but I had trouble printing my state to file by mail. It was difficult to navigate to the proper screen to file by mail. I don't understand WHY I need to pay and additional $20 to e-file.

Taking away Its Deductible was an unmitigated failure... who got fired???!!! And my returns were rejected because you sent the wrong AGI for 2024 for both my wife and I... and I had to refile twice. You are not doing well this year.

App works fine, except window that appears for selecting address (credit charge for state return), truncates the accept icon - used tab and guessed I had right spot and it worked. Need to format some of your widows/fields better

Turbo tax is NOT working for me. I went to file electronically and I get an error message that an update is required, but I have made the update. Still craps out. VERY FRUSTRATED.

We have been using TurboTax several years and this year seemed easier & quicker than before. The program is excellent & we appreciate having it. Thanks!

your forms were less helpful than previous years and I found it difficult at times to get back to program. I did not like it as much but will probably continue to use

I appreciate being able to walk through each section and get help if needed. I feel like this program is accurate and that I can trust it. I felt like it was more difficult this year due to all the tax changes but feel that they are all covered.

Your product was not ready for use, as delivered. I had to contact your help desk to get two bugs worked out. Once I reached your help desk individual, she was very helpful.

Could not figure out how to add Form 1999-R to show that the withdrawal was from a Roth IRA therefore to show not taxable as box 7 with distribution code T was shown to prove Roth IRA.

Less Human friendly. I have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years. For some reason it gets harder and harder to use as its less customer friendly. Sounds like AI has taken over the forms and less human friendly.
